Coaching with Kathy & Joyful Purpose Yogi (previously Peppy Fit Foodie and Before and After My Empty Nest) is a personal business and a blog written and edited by me, Kathy Rodriguez.  This blog is me sharing with you my thoughts, opinions and at some point I may review products that I love to use in my life as a mom.  I may share websites of companies that I have used or interact with.  I may also let you know about events I will be participating in or that I think you may enjoy.  All of these things are an extention of me, Kathy and I will only share with you those products, events and websites that I feel are compatible with my idea behind all my evolutions. I value my integrity and those of my readers and will not risk that by providing false claims or reviews, or having my opinion influenced by any form of compensation. I will always be honest and open with you.

What Information Do I Collect?
– This site uses Google Analytics to anonymously track and report user activities on the blog to improve user experience. The data collection is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

How I Use Information Collected?
I may at some point along the way get to the point where I send promotional emails/newsletters about new sections of the blog, special offers or other information which I think you may find helpful, using the email address which you have provided.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to analyze the use of this blog. Google Analytics generates statistical and other information about the blog use by means of cookies, which are stored on users’ computers. The information generated relating to my blog is used to create reports about the use of the blog. Google will store this information.

I may get to the point that I publish Google Adsense interest-based advertisements on this blog. These are tailored by Google to reflect your interests. To determine your interests, Google will track your behavior across the web using cookies. You can view, delete or add interest categories associated with your browser using Google’s Ads Preference Manager. You can also opt-out of the Adsense partner network cookie. However, this opt-out mechanism uses a cookie, and if you clear the cookies from your browser your opt-out will not be maintained. To ensure that an opt-out is maintained in respect of a particular browser, you should use the Google browser plug-in.
